Mixly Cocktail Co. Return & Refund Policy

At Mixly Cocktail Co., we take care to package and ship every order securely. Please review the details below so you know what to expect if something goes wrong in transit or if there’s an issue with your item.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or replacements for orders where you simply changed your mind or are unhappy with the product.

Shipping Damage, Defects, or Broken Items (Shipping Claim Process)

Once an order leaves our facility, Mixly Cocktail Co. is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages during transit. However, if your item arrives broken or defective due to shipping, we can help you file a shipping insurance claim on your behalf.

To request a shipping claim, email us at hello@mixlycocktailco.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the damaged item(s)

  • Clear photos of the packaging the order arrived in (including the shipping box and packing materials)

If eligible, you may be asked to verify the claim to complete the insurance process.

Shipping insurance coverage: Claims may cover up to $100 of the shipped item(s) including the shipping cost you paid for that order (subject to the carrier/insurer’s terms and approval).

Other Product Issues (We’ll Do Our Best to Help)

If your item has another issue—such as:

  • A broken seal

  • Signs it was tampered with

  • Any items that were expired before they were received

  • Any other quality concern
